What is the lead time when I order ?
Lead time depends on when you order and our stock at that moment. We always try to keep a minimum stock, but unfortunately this is not always possible. Normally we do have a stock of nearly all cotton tyres. We confirm your order and lead time within one working day. If the lead time is too long, you can change or cancel the order without any problem.
How can I pay?
You can pay with Credit Card, PayPal, IDeal and Bankcontact.
The prices displayed are always in € (euro); How is the exchange rate calculated at the check-out?
The exchange rate is calculated by your credit card or wallet at the check-out.
Is transport included in the price ?
This depends on the country we need to ship to and on the value of your order. You will see the exact transport cost while ordering.
Can I order only aquasure?
No, we can sell aquasure only together with tubular tyres, unless you can mail us a proof that you recently bought Dugast tubular tyres elsewhere.
I have a bike shop and I would like to sell Dugast tyres. Is this possible?
Yes, of course. Please contact us with your company details: name, address, phone number, e-mail address and VAT-number.

Do you deliver to foreign countries?
Yes, we do ship to most countries.

Why do A Dugast tyres cost more on your website than on an online retailer webshop?
The prices that we offer in our website are the prices we advise all retailers to use. Our products are all made with high quality materials and by skilled employees in the Netherlands. Based on our cost price we consider the sales price is very fair with fairly low margins. Other shops are free to define
their own prices, we cannot oblige to follow our price guideline.
Can I also order tires and pick up in Oldenzaal?
Yes, that is possible. Please contact us for more information and to make an appointment.
Do you offer a repair service?
Yes, as the only tire manufacturer we also offer repairing your A Dugast tyres. You can find more information here
